Welcome to 00jl Casino — The Philippines' Most Trusted Online Gaming Platform
Since 2019, 00jl has been committed to delivering the safest, fairest, and most entertaining online casino experience to Filipino players across the country. From Manila to Mindanao, we've built our reputation on three pillars: security, transparency, and genuine care for our community. This is our story.
Bringing World-Class Gaming to Every Filipino Player
00jl was founded with a simple but ambitious goal: to create an online casino platform that Filipino players could trust completely. In an industry where trust is everything, we knew we had to do more than just offer games and bonuses. We had to build a platform that respected our players' money, protected their data, and delivered on every promise we made.
Today, 00jl serves hundreds of thousands of Filipino players from Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao. Our platform is fully optimized for mobile-first users, supports local payment methods like GCash and PayMaya, and operates under strict regulatory compliance. But beyond the technology and infrastructure, what sets 00jl apart is our deep understanding of what Filipino players want: fast payouts, fair games, responsive support in Tagalog and English, and a gaming experience tailored to local preferences — from sabong to basketball betting on the PBA and international leagues.
We're not just another offshore casino with a .com domain. 00jl is built for Filipinos, by a team that understands the Philippine market inside and out. Whether you're a casual player spinning slots on your lunch break in Makati or a high-roller betting on UFC fights from your condo in BGC, 00jl provides the same level of security, speed, and service that you'd expect from the world's best gaming platforms — but with a distinctly Filipino touch.
Licensed and Regulated
00jl operates under a valid gaming license and adheres to strict regulatory standards for fair play, responsible gaming, and player protection. All games on our platform are certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Your safety is our top priority.
What We Stand For at 00jl Casino
Everything we do at 00jl is guided by a core set of values that shape how we serve our players, operate our platform, and build our business.
Security and Trust
Your funds and personal information are protected by bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Every transaction is monitored in real time, and all game outcomes are audited for fairness. When you play at 00jl, you're playing on one of the most secure gaming platforms serving the Philippine market. We never compromise on security, because we know your trust is earned, not given.
Speed and Reliability
Filipino players expect fast deposits and even faster withdrawals. That's why we've optimized our platform to process GCash and PayMaya transactions in under 5 minutes, and bank withdrawals within 24 hours. Our servers are built for speed and uptime — you'll never miss a bet because our site is slow or down. We know your time is valuable, and we respect that.
Player-First Approach
At 00jl, players come first — always. Every feature we build, every game we add, and every decision we make is guided by one question: "Does this make the experience better for our players?" Our 24/7 support team speaks Tagalog and English. Our promotions are designed to be genuinely valuable, not bait-and-switch traps. And when players win big, we celebrate with them — because their success is our success.
Transparency and Fairness
We believe in complete transparency. All of our terms and conditions are written in clear, simple English — no legal jargon designed to confuse you. Our payout rates are published openly. Our bonus terms are straightforward and easy to understand. If you ever have a question about how something works, our support team will explain it clearly and honestly. No hidden fees, no surprise requirements, no gotchas.
Local Expertise, Global Standards
00jl combines the best of both worlds: deep knowledge of the Philippine gaming market and access to world-class gaming technology. We partner with the industry's top game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt — to bring you the same premium games you'd find in Las Vegas or Macau, but with local payment methods, local customer support, and a user experience designed specifically for Filipino mobile users.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
We take responsible gaming seriously. 00jl provides tools for self-exclusion, deposit limits, and reality checks to help players stay in control. We work closely with organizations like PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming program to ensure our platform promotes safe, healthy gaming habits. All players must be 21 years or older to register, and we actively verify player identities to prevent underage gambling.
The 00jl Story — From Launch to Leadership
Since our founding in 2019, 00jl has grown from a small startup with big ambitions to one of the most trusted names in Philippine online gaming. Here are the key milestones that defined our journey and shaped who we are today.
Every step of our growth has been driven by feedback from Filipino players. We listen, we learn, and we improve. The platform you see today is the result of thousands of conversations with players who told us what they needed, what frustrated them, and what they loved. This is their platform as much as ours.
00jl Casino Launches
We officially launched 00jl Casino with 500 games, GCash and PayMaya integration, and a commitment to serve the Filipino market better than any international casino could. Within 6 months, we reached 50,000 registered players — proof that players were hungry for a truly local gaming experience.
Mobile-First Redesign
Recognizing that 85% of our players accessed 00jl from smartphones, we completely rebuilt our platform from the ground up with a mobile-first approach. Page load times dropped by 60%, and our mobile interface became one of the fastest and most intuitive in the Philippine market.
Live Casino and Sportsbook Expansion
We added a full live casino powered by Evolution Gaming, featuring real dealers broadcasting from professional studios. We also launched our comprehensive sportsbook with coverage of PBA, NBA, UFC, football leagues, and even sabong — all the sports Filipino players care about, with competitive odds and instant bet settlement.
VIP Program and 24/7 Tagalog Support
We introduced our tiered VIP loyalty program with exclusive bonuses, faster withdrawals, and dedicated account managers. We also expanded our customer support team to provide 24/7 assistance in both Tagalog and English, ensuring that every player can get help in their preferred language, any time of day or night.
500,000 Active Players Milestone
In October 2023, we celebrated a major milestone: 500,000 active players. This achievement reflected years of hard work, continuous improvement, and most importantly, the trust that Filipino players have placed in us. To mark the occasion, we launched our biggest bonus promotion ever and doubled our customer support capacity.
Security Enhancements and Biometric Login
We rolled out advanced security features including two-factor authentication, biometric login (fingerprint and Face ID), and real-time fraud detection powered by machine learning. These upgrades made 00jl one of the most secure online gaming platforms in Southeast Asia, protecting player accounts and funds with enterprise-grade technology.
