1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify 00jl of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing 00jl from a shared or public device.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 00jl will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 Account Verification

00jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You agree to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days of the request. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of deposit and withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Methods

00jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), Visa, Mastercard, and other methods as made available on the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified, and you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are PHP 100,000 for standard accounts and PHP 500,000 for VIP accounts. Higher limits may be available upon request for high-value players.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers are processed within 24 hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to security and compliance review, which may extend processing times in certain cases.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

00jl does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with withdrawal transactions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Any player found to be abusing bonuses or promotions will have their account terminated, and all bonuses, winnings, and deposits may be forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses are forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from the date of issuance). Unused bonuses expire automatically after the specified period.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

7.1 Game Integrity

• Offensive Conduct: Harassing other players, using offensive language in chat, or engaging in disruptive behavior.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. 00jl is not responsible for funds left in closed accounts.

10.2 Termination by 00jl

00jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all bonuses and bonus winnings will be forfeited, and you may be required to return any funds obtained through fraudulent means.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 500 until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 00jl and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of 00jl services.

00jl's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

00jl is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 days. All disputes must be submitted in writing and include your account details and a detailed description of the issue.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, you and 00jl agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
