Who Is 00jl Casino and Why Should Filipino Players Care?
00jl Casino has rapidly become one of the most talked-about online gambling platforms in the Philippines. Since launching operations targeting the Filipino market, 00jl has attracted over 2.5 million registered users from Manila to Mindanao, drawn by its combination of local payment methods, mobile-first design, and an impressive library of slots, live dealer games, sports betting, and specialty games like bingo and dice.
What sets 00jl apart in the crowded Philippine online casino market? First, the platform was built specifically with Filipino players in mind. You won't find clunky interfaces designed for Western markets here — 00jl is fast, intuitive, and optimized for the smartphones most Filipinos use every day. Second, the platform supports all the payment methods Filipino players actually use: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and more. Deposits are instant, and withdrawals are processed within hours, not days.
But does 00jl live up to the hype? In this comprehensive review, we put 00jl Casino through rigorous testing across multiple categories: game selection, user experience, payment processing, customer support, bonuses, security, and responsible gaming practices. We also analyzed hundreds of verified player reviews from across the Philippines to get a real sense of how 00jl performs in the field. The result? A detailed, honest assessment that will help you decide if 00jl is worth your time and money.
Whether you're a seasoned online gambler or a complete beginner exploring your options for the first time, this review will give you everything you need to know about 00jl Casino. Let's dive into the details.
00jl Casino Review — Scoring by Category
00jl offers over 1,200 games from top-tier providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The library includes hundreds of slots, dozens of live dealer tables, a full sportsbook covering PBA, NBA, UFC, and international football, plus bingo, dice, and specialty games. The selection rivals any major platform serving the Philippines.
Optimized for smartphone users, 00jl runs smoothly on Android and iOS without requiring an app download. The mobile site loads quickly even on slower connections, and all games are touch-friendly. Filipino players consistently rate the mobile experience as best-in-class.
Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and online banking are instant. Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours for e-wallets and 6–24 hours for bank transfers. Compared to competitors who take 2–3 days, 00jl is significantly faster. No hidden fees on most methods.
24/7 live chat and email support available. Average response time under 2 minutes for live chat. Support agents are generally helpful and knowledgeable. Minor deduction: phone support is not available, and email replies can take 4–6 hours during peak times.
The 100% welcome bonus up to ₱10,000 is competitive, with a reasonable 30x wagering requirement. However, terms could be clearer — some players report confusion about which games contribute to rollover. Bonus abuse prevention is strict, which is good, but can occasionally affect legitimate players.
00jl operates under Philippine regulatory oversight and uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. KYC verification is mandatory, which protects both the platform and players. No major security incidents reported. Slight deduction for lack of publicly visible third-party audits.
Clean, modern design with intuitive navigation. Games are easy to find, and filters work well. The brutalist design language with hard edges and thick borders is distinctive and visually appealing. Minor complaints: search function could be more robust, and some menus feel cluttered on smaller screens.
00jl provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy. However, responsible gaming tools are somewhat buried in settings — they should be more prominent. Overall, acceptable but not industry-leading.
